Product Description

WD-100 is a simple rig suitable for borehole drilling in geo-construction and geo-technical exploration drilling in projects like civil building, construction of railway, hydropower, highway, bridge and dam etc. It is mainly used for:

1. Compact in size and light in weight, easy to be carried and transported on difficult working sites.
2. Rigid friction disk clutch which is made of MILITARY POWDER METALLURGY, offers power transmission from the engine/electrical motor to the working mechanism, and ensures reliable power transmission in extra hard drilling conditions. It helps to avoid the failure of power transmission as compared to the V-belt-Pulley transmission system and important to help to avoid or reduce the chances of drilling rod locking in the borehole.
3. The gearbox is compact in size and light in weight. ALL THE GEARS AND THE GEARBOX HOUSING ARE MADE AND HEATING TREATED BY THE MANUFACTURING FACTORY ITSELF, SPARES QUALITY GUARANTEED.
4. The hydraulic slide base allows that driller to remove the drilling rig easily to and away from the borehole center.
