DW/TXS Construction Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd.  is the unique Joint Ventures factory of Charles Machine Works, Inc.,specializing in the design and production of trenchless horizontal directional drilling rigs.  Once known as Beijing TXS Trenchless Technology Co., Ltd. which was established in 2001, the company, together with the US-based The Charles Machine Works, Inc., (CMW), built the joint venture DW/TXS Construction Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. in 2008. The company is located in Huo County Industrial Development Zone in Tongzhou District, on the west bank of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.  Being adjacent to Beijing-Harbin Expressway in the north and Beijing-Tianjin National 103 Highway in the east, the company enjoys the easy access to transportation routes and ports.
