The transmission efficiency is doubled compared with the hydraulic transmission, and the power consumption is reduced by 35%, more efficient and energy-saving. It solves the problem that the air DTH hammer is difficult to drill in the soil layer, and the construction efficiency of the rotary drilling rig in the hard rock layer, gravel, and pebble layer is low.
Main features of drilling rig:
1. The speed of the drilling rig can reach the speed range of 27-901r/min, and the maximum output torque is 10500N.m.
2. The drilling rig adopts a long-stroke double-speed mechanism, a mechanical powerhead, and the powerhead stroke is 3500MM, which is used to improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of drilling blockage and drilling accidents.
3. The drilling rig uses dual oil pumps to supply oil, a single pump is used for drilling, and double pumps are used to combine when lifting and lowering; less power loss and short auxiliary time.
